Hi Guyzzzzzz.
It was a great eight day vistit with my old friend and his great family.
I think I converted Charlie to a train spotter by the time I left Wink Wink Wink Wink
Anyway hope this is not boring.
Here goes.

First shot was on the run.
Then we find the interurban track in Vancouver.
They only operate 3 hrs Sat and Sun. so a ride was not possible.
Then a poster with details.

We found the car barn but could not get a shot of the BC interurban.
BUT we found this baby.
A gift from Belgium, this is being refurbished the bow pans will be replaced with poles, this will then operate on there overhead.

Next there is Charlie as we go find the Grandville Model museum. .
aA few shots from within as my camera battarys died. Sad

One more Model the Hudson Wink
Then we are of to the round house.
here we find Loco 374..
May 23rd 1887 was a great day for Vancouver, when CPR Engine 374 pulled the first transcontinental train into the city.
She retired in 1945.
Also a picture of the restored round house.

Then on to the west coast Railway Heritage Park , Squamish BC.
Here is a picture as we drive through the fantstic scenery.
