Pleasant Hill, Missouri is a small town just Southeast of Independence, and used to be the junction for four RR's... and every year the town celebrates it's RR heritage with a weekend festival (Railroad Days).
Our club (Scale Model Engineers... a modular N scale group) took our layout for two days of fun (running and operations), and I took some photos of our "traveling show" that I thought I would share....

Thanks, Chris... a lot of folks viewed the various layouts on display, but they only drew three vendors. Lots of UP run-by's (even had 3 Amtrak's roll through town), with great food, concessions, and bands... but Ithink the vendors didn't do well last year, so this year it was "lean" in that respect.
