Tempting to get sidetracked and make a WW2 scene. The detail is amazing. Windsheilds fold, engine under the hood, bag of detail parts/options, etc.

Oooo, yeah!
Man, I'd like to get my hands on a couple of those! Cool

Where'd ya get 'em?

I remember seeing somewhere some HO Russian military trucks that would've been great to bash into some logging, or mining trucks...Anybody know who makes those?

If you look at all items US (regardless of stock status), it sure is tempting to get sidetracked and do a WW2 scene: www.walthers.com/exec/...mit=Search

I was looking back through this thread and was wondering what kind of couplers you are going to use.
How do those old AHM couplers work out?

Wow Ray!
That is SWEET!!
Cool Cool Cool Cool

"Ray's Monster Shops" just keeps churnin' 'em out! wtg

btw...I don't know about Jon, but I use MT N scale couplers for my HOn30..(hint, hint! Wink ).They're a tad oversize for N scale, but they are perfect for narrow gauge HO!

Awesome loco Ray!

The AHM came with no couplers and the Eggar Bahns have those wire loop euro thingies that ain't right Confused On this one, I plan to use link and pin to match the prototype Filipino cane lokeys. When I do a mixed gauge HO/HOn30 gringo railway, I am planning to use MT's or maybe Kadee 58's.

I was concidering the MT couplers but the more I think about it the more I like the link and pin idea. I don't suppose you have developed a standard for them yet. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
