This weeks site is a Yahoo Group, HO-YARDSALE, which is a nice place with decent prices and no selling fees like the online auction sites.

This group serves as a free market for all who wish to sell or buy HO scale items. This is specifically an HO scale item group. Items such as media other than decals, scales other than HO, etc. will not be allowed. In order to maintain a focused group, only 3 kinds of posts are allowed: Selling, Buying, Looking For. If you have doubts about an item, email me at the owner address noted below. There will be absolutely no links to "pay" sites like eBay permitted here, nor any references to feedback history or eBay IDs. This group is for direct selling, from seller to buyer with no intermediary. The group is a 'firm price' format, with sellers not pitting buyers against each other.

This sounds a good idea as I am fed up with eBay , I only buy things now with buy now price if it suits me not interested in that mock auction waitin a week and have some smart alec bid 10cents more and win in the last twenty seconds especially when internet connection is so painful and slow
